Description
The 2000 Range Cavity Tie is sold in 200-350mm sizes and is a fully de-bondable in 200mm and 225mm. This restraint fixing is sufficiently safer and stronger than all other formed ties on the market.
Completely de-bondable
The advanced 2000 Range Tie is a versatile de-bondable wall tie that complies with all relevant standards. Depending on the length, the tie can either be used as a cavity tie in accordance with PD6697 or as a movement tie with a de-bonding sleeve*.
It can be classified as a Type 1 tie, according to PD6697, when used as a cavity tie, which means it’s suitable for all buildings, even those in the heaviest duty environments.
As a movement tie, it delivers lateral resistance to wind loading while allowing for the expansion and contraction of masonry panels, accommodating in-axis movement of up to +/- 10mm to prevent cracking.
The multi-functional 2000 Range Wall Tie ensures procurement and on-site efficiencies, minimising waste.
